Interior Commercial Makegoods
What is a ‘Makegood’?
The term ‘make good’ is used to describe the process that a commercial interior space goes through when restored back to the base building structure. A make good usually involves the removal of all the fit-out items, including all the walls, floors, offices, and any services related to the fit out, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and data towers. The space is ‘made good’ ready for the new incoming tenant or space to be leased. QA Projects have delivered countless make good projects on time and in budget to ensure the commercial space was ready for the incoming tenant or available to be released, with minimal delays to the building owner.
